Yob admits station attack

A THUG kicked a train passenger unconscious in an unprovoked attack, a court heard.

Asher Henry, aged 20, of Jeffrey Row, Horn Park Lane, Lee, and two other thugs yelled "attack, attack" when assaulting Foad Rangini at Greenwich railway station on June 24.

Henry smashed a bottle and held it to the chef's throat while another man terrorised him with a dog, City of Westminster Magistrates' Court heard.

The attack happened after Henry accused Mr Rangini of laughing at his friend.

Mr Rangini backed off and called the police but was then attacked by the three men.

He was kicked in the head and knocked unconcious, suffered loosened teeth, bruised ribs and needed four stitches in his lip.

The other men have not been caught.

Henry admitted one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

District Judge Anthony Evans committed him for sentence at Southwark Crown Court.
