Railway vandal jailed for 21 months

A 22-YEAR-OLD who caused £72,000 worth of criminal damage to trains at Aylesbury Railway station has been sentenced to 21 months in prison.

Jay Herbert of Miller Close, Pinner, Middlesex sprayed his graffiti 'tag' all over train carriages parked at Aylesbury sidings on three occassions last year.

Herbert was today given an Anti Social Behavioural Order which bans him from entering any rail depot, sidings or railway property in England and Wales for the next five years at Aylesbury Crown Court.
