Residents are meeting to discuss a recent spate of anti-social behaviour and binge drinking in a village near York tomorrow.
Councillor Madeleine Kirk has organised a public meeting in Strensall for residents to discuss solutions to recent problems.
The meeting, which will take place in the village hall at 7.30pm, will be chaired by Coun Kirk.
Representatives from the police, the parish council, the council's youth service and the Durlston Drive Sports Association will also be there.
Coun Kirk said "Residents are worried about the problems we have seen in the village recently.
"What we need to do now is listen to the issues and consider ways to tackle the problems.
"I hope many residents will attend,
as I am keen to hear their views on
the problems and any suggestions they
may have for how we move forward."
