A teen who has plagued residents on Battersea's Patmore estate with late night noise, rowdiness, and dangerous moped riding has been given a two-year Asbo.
Tyron Green, of Bannister House in Stewarts Road, faces jail time if he breaches any of the conditions of an Antisocial Behaviour Order imposed on him.
Magistrates heard a catalogue of evidence about the disruption and disturbance caused by the 17-year-old.
Green has been banned from an area of the estate in Condell Road and is no longer able to ride any moped either as the driver or as a passenger.
He is also now prevented from walking any dog in any residential or commercial place unless it is muzzled and kept on a lead that is no longer than one metre long.
The court heard numerous reports of dangerous moped riding, often along busy pavements and footpaths on the estate.
Green was also said to be one of the ringleaders of a group of youths who would congregate in communal spaces into the early hours, creating noise by constantly revving scooters and mopeds.
The order applies to the whole of England and Wales and will remain in force until September 4, 2009.
If he breaches the order before his 18th birthday he could be jailed for up to 12 months, but if he is convicted of breaching it after reaching adulthood, the potential jail term increases to five years.
